With Alpha Early Deals, users of the SwissBorg app get exclusive access to projects that are launching their token before the token sale becomes public, or are able to invest in the tokens of existing projects selected by the SwissBorg Investment team.

We communicate with many exciting new projects across all ecosystems. We have a rigorous investment due diligence process in place, where we analyse all the metrics we deem important to decide whether a project should participate in the Alpha Early Deals. Even so, however, please understand you are investing in early-stage projects and we cannot guarantee your investment will be profitable.

You need to download the SwissBorg app and pass the basic KYC verification. However if you want to access more deals and have better chances to invest, being a SwissBorg Premium user can be beneficial.

Your past Alpha investments can be found if you click on the asset from your portfolio screen and click on the Earn tab.

No, assets invested in the Alpha have been converted to another asset and you will receive the underlying asset back according to the vesting schedule or at the end of Lockup period.

There are multiple ways you can earn your eligibility for a deal. As the demand for these deals is big, we will prioritise our most loyal users. These include our Premium tier members, users in higher Camps of the Borger Journey and users that perform various quests (if there are quests necessary to be eligible for participating in the Alpha Early Deals, they are announced on our channels or through app notifications). There is usually also a smaller public vault, that anyone can access, however in the deals so far, they were more often than not, sold out in seconds.

Once a deal has been confirmed and publicly announced, you will be able to find the preview in your SwissBorg app under the Invest tab. Be sure to mark the date and time it opens, as the participation works on a first-come-first-serve basis by default. That means that even if you are eligible, your allocation is not guaranteed.

Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) is a metric representing the maximum value a token can reach when all tokens are released and in circulation. It's calculated by multiplying the current token price by the total supply of tokens, including those yet to be released.

Alpha Early Deals allows you to access the token at a pre-market valuation or at a discount, so the purchase will typically come with some sort of lockup. You can find out the total duration of this period under the Lockup section.

Your tokens will be distributed in the SwissBorg app. Tokens can be distributed in two different ways: Option1: Once the vesting starts, tokens are distributed on a monthly basis in equal parts. 

Option2: Once the Lockup period ends, tokens are distributed all at once.

During the cliff period, no tokens are being distributed. This is a period to ensure that investors are committed to the project.

After the cliff period expires, the tokens start vesting according to a predetermined schedule. Vesting or distribution of the tokens usually occurs incrementally over time, such as monthly or quarterly, until the full allocation is vested or distributed. This gradual vesting is designed to incentivize users to stay with the project over the long term.

The minimum amount varies from project to project but usually, the minimum amount is set to equivalent to 50$ worth of crypto assets. The amount can be found in the Vault details in the SwissBorg app.

The maximum amount of investment depends on your Premium tier. Higher Premium tiers are allowed to invest more.

The pool size is the total amount that can be invested in a specific Vault.

The investment period varies depending on the demand, but usually, it is less than 24 hrs or until the Vault is sold out.
